MoDOT crews will be out in force Monday taking care of mowing, maintenance and bridge work across the Tri-Lakes area. In Stone County, motorists can anticipate one-lane traffic on Highway 13 at the Kimberling City bridge as crews perform the annual inspection. Traffic may be stopped at times on Highway 413 between Branson West and Galena for mowing operations, and one southbound lane of the Ozark Mountain High Road will be closed between Routes 248 and 76 as pavement work is completed on one of the Highway 465 bridges.
In Taney County, Highway 76 will be reduced to one-lane traffic at Coon Creek Road in Kirbyville and crews replace drain pipe underneath the roadway. Night work continues in Branson next week with lane closings and traffic shifts on the 76 Strip near Roark Valley Road. Contractor crews are building sidewalk ramps at entrances on the south side of of the highway between the hours of 11 p.m. and 7 a.m.
Ozark County motorists can expect start and stop operations on Route 160 between Gainesville and Theodosia. Trucks may be stopped on the roadway or pulled onto shoulders close to the road edge as road signs are being replaced.
