The third annual Holiday Promenade of Stars Christmas Parade begins at 10:30 tomorrow along Branson's 76 strip. The parade will begin in front of Whitewater at Keeter Street, and travel east to Glory Road near the Grand Palace. Branson Assistant Police Chief Steve Dalton says officers will begin closing the parade route at around 10 o'clock Saturday morning. Those numbers again are 417-335-0399 and 417-527-7196. Area business along the parade route have also been given those numbers, which are good only during the parade. Dalton adds that Gretna Road north of the strip, and 165 to the south, will be open to traffic, but will stop periodically to allow the parade units to pass through. The parade will end around noon.
