Branson Veterans Week activities started this morning with Reveille at 7 o'clock at the Factory Merchants Mall, where the free Day Room opened at 9. At 8 a.m. at the Welk Theater, a Memorial Service featured remarks from veterans, participants from Branson High School, and a wreath laying by the 5th Special Forces Group A Team. The Veterans Registry began at 9 o'clock at the Tactical Operations Center and Veterans Village at the Cobblestone Inn, where lunch is free to veterans and currently-serving military at 11:30. If you are going to the Veterans Village, you're free to park anywhere in the area except at the Windmill Inn.
