A jury was seated Monday in Christian County in the trial of a man from Nixa. Forty-three year old Damon Noland was charged in May of 2008 with the forcible rape of a 10-year-old girl on at least one occasion. If convicted, Noland could face a possible life prison term with no possibility of parole for at least 30 years.
