The polls are open around the nation as voters are expected to turn out in record numbers to cast ballots. In Arkansas, residents of Baxter, Boone, Marion and Newton Counties are casting ballots in the hotly contested run off race for Circuit Court Judge between State Senator Shawn Womack and Gail Campbell, as well as numerous local races and ballot issues. The polls are open until 7:00 this evening for Missouri residents and 7:30pm for voters in Arkansas.
